No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products (juices, fruits, and fresh food), we do not accept returns once the item is delivered.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong Item Delivered
- Damaged or Spoiled Products (must be reported within 2 hours of delivery)
- Non-Delivery on Scheduled Day (due to our error)

- Order ID
- Photo of the issue (if applicable)
- Reason for refund
Timeframe
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
- Monthly Plans can be cancelled before the billing cycle starts.
- Once the cycle begins, no refunds will be issued for partial use.
